The Retreat Experience

A curated four-day experience designed to restore pace, strengthen presence, and reconnect you with the simplicity of movement, craft and the outdoors. Throughout your stay, a private chef prepares nourishing, seasonal meals to support body and mind.

Each retreat follows a clear and deliberate four-day plan — enough structure to hold you, enough space to breathe.

Day 1 — Arrival & Welcome

Arrive to the calm, private countryside setting. Settle into the estate and ease into a slower rhythm with a gentle walk across the grounds. Your retreat begins with the introduction to rural craft, designing an item that will accompany you throughout your stay.

As dusk falls, gather by the fire with an inspirational guest speaker for an intimate evening with personal stories of challenge and resilience.

Day 2 — Activation & Craft

Begin the day with optional cold-water immersion and a grounding session of Tai Chi.
The morning session takes you on a hike through the Brecon Beacons, with a route to suit all abilities. After a picnic lunch on the mountain, we return to rural craft and progress on your woodworking project.

A restorative yoga session leads into a beautifully prepared, nutritious dinner from your private chef followed by music to accompany chats around the fire.

Day 3 — Depth & Integration

Another day of morning rituals, healthy food optional cold-water immersion and a grounding session of Tai Chi before taking to the water for a guided kayaking experience — rhythmic, focused, quietly exhilarating.

The afternoon brings the final stages of your craft, refining your chosen item with care and precision. Yoga supports your recovery before another chef-crafted evening meal.

The day closes by the fire, unhurried and restorative.

Day 4 — Closing & Return

A final walk invites reflection and clarity. A short closing session helps you define what you’ll carry back into your daily life: simple tools, sustainable habits, and renewed perspective.

The schedule is deliberate. There is space — but not drift.
