THE
RURAL
RESET

Reconnect with what matters

Retreat - Unwind - Reset

Time, space and support to reconnect

Countryside experiences in Hampshire & Herefordshire, built around nature, real conversation and time away from the noise.

Why we exist

Life moves fast, and it's easy to lose track of what actually matters.

Different audiences, same philosophy: step back from the noise, and come back to what matters.

For the adults carrying the weight of it, and for the young people growing up in the middle of it.

The Rural Reset was built around a simple idea: given the right time, space and support, people find their own way back to themselves. We don’t tell anyone how to live, and we don’t promise to change you. We create the conditions. What you do with them is yours.

That idea takes two forms. The Rural Reset is a countryside retreat for men who carry a great deal of responsibility and rarely stop to notice it. Digital Reset is a practical outdoor experience for young people, built around adventure, real skills and healthier independence from their phones.

Step Away

Step away from daily pressures and digital noise creates a dedicated space for self-reflection and nervous system reset, bringing positive changes that have a lasting impact.

Our resets include:

Nature hikes, Kayaking and foraging, bringing you back to the land

Rural craft, learning new skills

Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, finding stillness through motion

Cold water immersion to awaken the soul

Onsite Chef to ensure you are nutritiously fed and well looked after

Reset

Our resets are not a luxury – it is one of the most powerful things you can do for mental and physical wellbeing. The simple act of stepping away from screens, deadlines and demands can have a profound and lasting effect on how you think, feel and live.

Is this a retreat

Not quite a retreat. Not quite anything else.

People often search for a countryside retreat or a wellbeing break — and land here. Fair enough. From the outside, both of our experiences look like retreats: private accommodation, good food, time outdoors. But retreat only describes the format.

Retreat
Stepping back from life for a few days.
Reset
Returning to it — more present, more honest, more yourself — long after you've gone home.
Why it works

We're not a therapy retreat, a bootcamp, or a wellness brand with a programme to sell.

Both of our experiences work the same way: remove the noise, spend real time in nature, and let honest conversation happen naturally rather than forcing it.
01

Small groups

Few enough people that nobody can hide, and nobody has to perform.

02

Genuine choice

You decide what you join and what you sit out. No one is managed.

03

Nothing compulsory

No circles you’re pushed into, no script you’re expected to follow.
04

Real time outdoors

Hills, water, weather and craft — the conditions that do the work.
How we measure it

We measure success by one thing — how people are living months after they leave, not how they felt on the last day.

Our Experiences

Two formats. Hampshire & Herefordshire.
