The Digital Reset is a 3-day residential outdoor camp in rural Hampshire for 16–18 year olds. Participants put their phones away for the full three days and spend the time building real-world skills — lighting fires, carving wood, making practical repairs, cooking outdoors, and having honest conversations around the fire.
Groups are small (12–14 people maximum), led by experienced instructors, with a dedicated wellbeing leader on site throughout. It’s a structured, safe experience designed to give young people a genuine break from screens, comparison, and noise; and send them home with more confidence than they arrived with.
